The NashTrash Story starts way back in 1996.

Sheri Lynn and Brenda Kay (yes, they really are sisters) had been thespians all their lives (not that there's anything wrong with that). Sheri Lynn was living in Los Angeles, while Brenda Kay was already living in Nashville. Both were making a decent living in the entertainment biz, but they missed each other dreadfully and had always wanted the chance to work together.

Well, one night Sheri Lynn was dining out with her then-second husband (may he rest in pieces), when this crazy idea came to her, so she started writin' it out on her napkin:

NashTrash…Pink bus…dig up dirt on the country stars…wear spandex, big hair, blue eye shadow. She called Brenda Kay, and they both agreed that this was a pretty great idea.

Well, by golly, less than a year later Sheri Lynn had moved to Nashville, the girls had worked on the act, and with the help ($) of their daddy, they opened NashTrash Tours in the summer of 1997. The rest, as they say, is musical comedy history. Nashville quickly embraced their wacky idea, and soon the Jugg Sisters were bein' featured on local talk shows and gettin' write-ups in all the area papers.

More than a decade later, they have added to the considerable NashTrash resumé with stories in Southern Living, Readers Digest Travel Guide, Frommers Guide to Nashville, American Airlines Destination Guide, and are regularly rated one of the top Nashville Attractions on TripAdvisor.com

The girls also have appeared on the BBC and ITV in England, "Emeril Live!" and "Food Fight" on the Food Network, several shows on CMT, The Discovery Channel, Tech TV, CNN and ESPN (go figure), Sirius Radio, and even NBC's The Today Show — Al Roker went on the old Pink Bus and they were live on national television the next morning with Katie Couric.

But their real love is entertaining live audiences on the Big Pink Bus. Hope you'll join us there soon!
