TOUR AVAILABILITY

Each tour lasts a little over 90 minutes. Tours do not run on Sundays, Mondays or major holidays unless otherwise noted. We never run more than two tours per day, six or seven max per week (whether public or private). Beth books reservations up to 11 months in advance, so call for any dates after what's shown in this section.

Available tours are in bold below. If you call to put your name on a waiting list for a sold-out tour, you don't have to leave your credit card info. Just be sure to include a cell phone number so we can reach you at the last minute. If somebody cancels on a date you want, Beth will call you back asap.

Private Tour Note: There are no dates available for private tours (20-32 people) until late June, and no Fridays or Saturdays until late July.

Note: There's always the chance of a few no-shows, so if you're just desperate to get on any tour at the last minute, come on down about 15 minutes early. When the Jugg Sisters start loading the bus, tell 'em you're Standin' By and how many seats you need...they'll try to get you on.

The Jugg Sisters do need a little time off to rest their comedy muscles and vocal cords, so we'll be closed with NO tours on the following dates:

August 10–17
October 25–November 2: NashTrash Cruise - no tours
November 26–30

Juggs' Tip: If you don't get called for one of ours, try Tommy's Tour. He's a good ol' feller who's been in the tour biz for years and now has his own lil' company. It ain't NashTrash, but he's a real character and his tour's entertainin' and educational!


PUBLIC TOUR INFO, TIMES & PRICES

NashTrash Tours last a little over 90 minutes. The public tours usually run once or (no more than) twice a day, Tuesday through Saturday. But we’re just two girls with a bus, so there are often exceptions to our Usual Tour Times below.

Please call to get times on any possible dates you can take the tour, and be sure to write down any announced dates if they aren't the same as the times shown below!

Now, this is a grown-up tour. Well-behaved older children are allowed, but keep in mind that there plenty of adult-type jokes! We also allow y'all to bring along small cooler boxes, so there may be some alcohol consumption. All kiddies under age 13 must stay at home with the sitter (this includes infants).

Prices per person, including TN sales tax:

$29.50 for whippersnappers age 13 & over ($32 with driver tip*)
$27.31 for vintage folks age 55 & over ($30 with tip*)

* If you enjoy the tour, throw a few bucks at The Big Pink Driver's tippin' bucket...that 10% is very much appreciated!

The January discount price for all seats is $25.15 ($27.50 with driver tip). You can laugh at Ol' Man Winter while you're riding in the toasty-warm, fully enclosed Big Pink Bus.

Usual Tour Times

Reservations are required for all tours, public or private!

We usually sell out well in advance, so read all of the bookin' info below, then call our secure Hotline to reserve your seats: 615-226-7300 or 800-342-2132 (two numbers, same phone). Please be ready to leave the following information:

1)  Your first & last name...if you ain't a Smith, please spell it
2)  Your daytime weekday phone number
3)  A cell phone number
4)  Your preferred tour - see Usual Tour Times above
5)  The number of people in your party
6)  A MasterCard or Visa number only; NO AmEx or Discover
7)  the card's expiration date and also
8)  the card's security/CV code - the last 3 digits of the number printed on the back of your card.

Note: Our answering machine is in a completely secure location, and the credit card info is required only to hold your seats…you pay nothing until you hop on the bus.

Beth the Big Pink Assistant will do her best to call you back by the end of the next business day to confirm the reservation, or she may suggest another date if the one you want isn't available. She's only in the office to return calls on weekday afternoons, so if the line's busy or the machine fills up, try phonin' back a little later. Remember, our tours may run on Saturdays, but Beth does not!

Important Cancellation/Late Arrival/Forgetfulness Policy

If you book 4 or fewer seats on a tour, you have a 4-day cancellation deadline. If you need to cancel or change your reservation you must call at least 4 days before your tour date. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged unless someone else takes your empty seat(s).

BUT if you have five or more in your party, your cancellation deadline is based on the number of seats you reserve...for example, if you have 12 people in your group, you'll have a 12-day cancellation deadline.

If you're not at the Big Pink Bus at least 15 minutes before your tour's start time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, and you will be charged for any seats that are not sold. If you don't use our directions to the bus, it's your own dang fault if you can't find us!

The office is often closed when tours are running. We don't re-confirm your reservation after the original booking, so be sure to tattoo your tour date & time on your forehead. If you miss the tour, you will be charged for your seats if no one's there to fill them.

PRIVATE TOURS (on the Big Pink Bus)

Schedule note: There are no Fridays or Saturdays available for private tours until July!

If you have 20 to 32 people, you can reserve a private tour aboard our Big Pink Bus any day of the week, with a starting time as early as 9:00 AM or as late as 6:00 PM. However, if there is a slot open on a certain date, we must coordinate your start time with any tour already scheduled on that day.

Private tours are based on availability and capacity. If the tour schedule or our answering machine says the date you want is sold out (or if two tours are already running), we cannot add another tour for you on that day. Please call as early as possible to ensure your date is available.

Tours begin and end at the Farmers Market. For an additional fee, we can pick up and/or drop off private tour groups at another spot, provided it's in the immediate downtown area, which means inside the interstate loop (no, the Opryland area isn't even close).

You can bring all the drinks you want in small coolers, but outside food is NOT allowed on the bus, no matter whose birthday it is! The only thing you can eat during the tour are the Juggs' fancy cheese snacks, so be sure you plan on your real meal before or after.

As with our public tours, this is a grown-up show. Well-behaved older children are allowed, but any children under 13 are not allowed on the tour…this includes infants.

To confirm any private tour reservation, we require a MasterCard or Visa number with expiration date and the security code (the 3-digit number on the back of the card) just to hold until the tour, or you can send a $500 deposit check. In either case, we have a 30-day cancellation policy, and your tour is not guaranteed until we receive a credit card number or deposit.

The Private Tour Price is a $954 flat rate for 20-32 guests. This price is all-inclusive, with 9.25% TN sales tax and a 10% driver gratuity.

You must have a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 32 guests on the bus! The minimum is to ensure that the audience is big enough to make your tour fun, and the maximum is because that's as much as the law will allow since they made us take the tanning rack off the roof.

Please note: The Big Pink Bus is a delicate ol' machine so it's used only for our NashTrash tours. We do not hire her out as transportation to or from any other event.

TOUR LOCATION & RULES

The Farmers Market is where all tours start — just click the link for detailed directions. If you have a GPS system, use 772 Harrison St, Nashville, TN 37219 as our location. That'll take you to the public parking entrance closest to the Big Pink Bus.

NashTrash RULES

Plan to arrive at the market 30 minutes early; you'll wanna allow time for traffic and to locate the Big Pink Bus (plus you can hit the ATM for cash to buy our fancy souvenirs).

If you're not at the bus at least 15 minutes before your tour's start time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, and you will be charged for any seats that are not sold. If you don't print out our directions to the bus, it's your own dang fault if you can't find us!

Each tour lasts a little over 90 minutes, and here are the NashTrash Rules about what is/isn't allowed on the bus:

Big Hats — NO. Everybody wants to see the Jugg Sisters in action, so if you wear any super-sized head gear, you'll have to take it off (the hat, that is) before you can get on the bus. And as we all know, hat hair is not a real pretty sight.

Children under age 13 — NO...we're very sorry, but not under any circumstances.

Beverages, including alcoholic ones — YES, but only in small coolers you can hold on your lap. Space is very limited so if you want to bring a larger cooler box, you must reserve (and pay an additional $60) for two extra seats to hold it; otherwise, the cooler WILL stay behind! Everybody must keep all drinks in coolers until they're actually on the bus.

Food of any kind — NO, and no exceptions. The Juggs will be servin' their fancy make-your-own cheese hors d'oeuvres!

Cameras — YES.  But any videotaping equipment will be confiscated for the Juggs' future personal use.

Cell Phones — NO. Well, you can bring them with you, but turn 'em off before you get on the bus...if the Juggs hear one ringing while they're performing, they may not be held responsible for what will happen to the victim, uh, offender.

Obnoxious Behavior — A BIG NO. The Jugg Sisters invite a certain amount of controlled chaos or it wouldn't be NashTrashy! But this is also a performance and everybody wants to hear what's going on. If your party is so rowdy or if y'all talk so much that the Jugg Sisters keep tellin' you to yer traps, you may be charged an additional fee. And if it's an extreme case, you could even get booted off the bus.

If you follow these lil' rules, everybody's gonna have a great time on the tour!
