Reservation Policy:

We have updated our reservation and refund policies as of August 1, 2025.

  • Payments will be charged in full at the time the reservation is completed.

  • Customers may request a cancellation for a full refund or request a change of date up to 72 hours before the tour. 

  • No refunds or rescheduling less than 72 hours before the tour.

  • Refunds are not given for no-shows or customer scheduling errors.
