Reservation Policy:

We have updated our reservation and refund policies as of August 1, 2025.

• Payments will be charged in full at the time the reservation is completed.

• Refunds or rescheduling is available 72 hours before the tour.  You must contact us directly at info@nashtrash.com or 615.226.7300.

• No refunds or rescheduling will be given than 72 hours before the tour.

• Refunds are not given for no-shows

• Refunds are not given for customer scheduling errors
